We have dedicated workshop facilities where we can strip and inspect your pump and give an expert opinion on repair costs. Our skilled technicians can then rebuild your pump to full working condition using only genuine Cat Pumps spare parts covered by manufacturer’s warranty.

Before returning any products to us for service or repair, please download and complete our RMA form . Alternatively you can complete our on-line request form. You do not need to ask for authorisation before returning one of our products, but do please print out the form and include a signed copy with your product, or return it by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. When returning any pump or accessory for inspection or service, you should:

• Drain lubricating oil from pump crankcase
• Drain and decontaminate products that have been in contact with hazardous substances
• Remove pulleys, shaft couplings, pipe-fittings and other ancillary components
• Pack products adequately and securely
