Triethylene Glycol (TEG) Dehydration units remove water vapor from natural gas streams. Dehydrating gas prevents hydrate formation and reduces corrosion in pipeline transmission and gas injection applications. TEG acts as a desiccant to absorb water vapor from the natural gas stream. Part of the process involves reclaiming the TEG by removing the absorbed water through a boiling process. We work closely with industry maintenance and engineering professionals to develop and refine products to withstand the high temperatures and 24/7 continuous duty. Through rigorous research and development, specially modified pumps are added to our product line to meet the unique demands of Triethylene Glycol Dehydration. Pumps are kept in stock for a broad range of requirements from 1 - 75 GPM. Custom-built systems are available and designed to meet TEG standards with an average build time of about three weeks. Trust the pumps that can handle the heat…choose Cat Pumps. With field-proven dependability in applications around the globe, Cat Pumps provides the best value for Triethylene Glycol (TEG) Dehydration systems.
