At Cat Pumps UK we have over 40 years’ experience in the repair of our high pressure triplex plunger and piston pumps, we provide the complete in-house solution for the wide variety of pumps we have supplied enabling us to guarantee levels of quality and service at a competitive, cost effective price.

We have the first class facilities, skills and experience to handle all aspects of your pump repair in-house. We provide a one-stop shop that includes fitting facilities for dismantling and assembly of pump units, extensive mechanical reworking facilities, cleaning / overhaul capabilities and flow / performance testing.

The depth of our in-house facilities are unrivalled, providing specialist attention in each aspect of pump repair:

Pump Testing - In our purpose built test facility we can provide the following services:

• Hydrostatic Testing to 690 bar (10,000 psi)
• Single point and 3 point flow measurement
• Dry pressure testing using Nitrogen up to 50 bar (725 psi)
• Pump temperature measurement and logging during flow testing
• Motor capability of Star Delta Starter, Direct On Line Starter and 2 Variable Speed Drives

Pump Inspection and Repair – Our inspection and repair service includes the following:

• Comprehensive cleaning and degreasing capability
• Scale and rust removal
• Inspection service and reporting with photographic evidence
• Machining – turning, drilling, grinding and honing
• Fully stocked warehouse of genuine replacement parts for the complete pump range
• Pulsation Damper charging up to 200 bar
