Cat Pumps manufactures and supplies high-pressure pumps for a wide spectrum of industries. All our pumps are of the
reciprocating positive displacement type and are capable of generating high pressures. Cat pumps can be used in many situations where other pumps are unsuitable, and will give reliable operation in the following applications:

Flow Rate:
Pressure:
Viscosity:
Temperature:
|
0.1 to 320 litres/minute
7 to 480 bar (100 to 7,000 psi)
0.1 to 1,000 cP (and higher at reduced flow)
-25°C to +98°C |
Our area of specialisation lies in pumping low to medium viscosity liquids, which themselves have little or no inherent lubricity and cannot be pumped using a rotary positive or axial-piston pump. Cat pumps are suitable for handling mains (town) water, de-ionised, demineralised and ultra-pure water as well as seawater and reclaimed process water. We also supply custom-built pumps suitable for highly aggressive chemicals, solvents, oils, solutions and liquefied gasses.
The name Cat Pumps is synonymous with high-quality products, customer service and lowest life-cycle costs. Our pumps have an unrivalled global reputation throughout industry for their heavy-duty, continuous-rated designs, excellent quality of manufacture, high
energy efficiency (typically 90%) and long, trouble-free operation between service intervals. The high quality of our components, exceptionally long lasting seals and field-proven dependability have made Cat Pumps the pump of choice where continuous-duty performance and low maintenance are priorities.

In fact, the name ‘Cat’ is so well known that it is often used as a generic name to describe the
reciprocating positive-displacement type pump. At our purpose-built premises in Fleet, Hampshire, we hold an extensive inventory of
pumps,
installation accessories and
spare parts. We fulfil most orders from stock on next-day or timed deliveries and our trained and experienced technical staff are on hand to assist you with application, installation, operation and servicing questions. Alternatively you may find the answer in our comprehensive
FAQ section.
We also supply larger pumps, manufactured in the UK by our sister company, which extends our application capability to 2,400 litres/minute or up to 750 bar (11,000 psi).
